🎉 ZYNTEX LUCKY DRAW – OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

🛍️ How It Works

Place an order from Zyntex during the campaign period and receive your product successfully.

There is no minimum order value required to participate.

Every eligible successfully delivered order will receive one unique Lucky Draw Entry Code. After the campaign ends, all eligible codes will be entered into a fair and random draw, and 10 winners will receive cash prizes.

  • Campaign Period: 5 September 2026 to 30 September 2026

  • Result Date: 10 October 2026

  • Total Winners: 10

  • Total Prize Pool: ₹12,000 Cash

🏆 Prizes

🥇 1st Prize — ₹5,000 Cash

🥈 2nd Prize — ₹2,000 Cash

🥉 3rd Prize — ₹1,000 Cash

🎁 4th to 10th Prize — ₹500 Cash each

🎟️ Entry & Eligibility

  1. There is no minimum order value required to participate in the Zyntex Lucky Draw.

  2. Every eligible order, regardless of its order value, that is successfully delivered during the campaign period will receive one unique Lucky Draw Entry Code.

  3. Each unique code represents one valid entry into the Lucky Draw.

  4. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, invalid, or RTO (Return to Origin) are not eligible.

  5. Each additional successfully delivered eligible order may receive an additional unique Lucky Draw Entry Code.

  6. Zyntex reserves the right to verify the eligibility and delivery status of any order before awarding a prize.

  7. Customers should keep their unique Lucky Draw Entry Code safely until the results are announced.

  8. Orders placed before 5 September 2026 or after 30 September 2026 will not be eligible.

🎲 Winner Selection

  1. 10 winners will be selected randomly from all eligible Lucky Draw Entry Codes.

  2. The winner selection will take place on 10 October 2026.

  3. The selection process may be recorded or livestreamed to maintain complete transparency.

  4. All winning codes will be announced through official Zyntex communication channels.

  5. No fake or undisclosed entries will be intentionally added to the draw.

  6. Personal information such as a winner's full phone number, address, or other private details will not be publicly disclosed.

🏆 Prize & Claim Process

  1. Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their eligible order.

  2. Winners must respond and complete any required verification within 7 days of notification.

  3. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, Zyntex may select an alternate winner.

  4. Cash prizes will be transferred to verified winners through an appropriate payment method after verification.

  5. Winners may be required to provide necessary payment details for the prize transfer.

  6. Prizes cannot be transferred or claimed by another person without Zyntex's approval and verification.

  7. The prize amounts are:

    • 🥇 1st Winner: ₹5,000

    • 🥈 2nd Winner: ₹2,000

    • 🥉 3rd Winner: ₹1,000

    • 🎁 4th–10th Winners: ₹500 each

  8. Zyntex will genuinely award the announced prizes to verified eligible winners.

🔒 Fairness & Transparency

Zyntex is committed to making the Lucky Draw genuine, fair, and transparent.

  • All eligible entries will be recorded before winner selection.

  • No fake or undisclosed entries will be intentionally added to the draw.

  • Winners will be selected through a fair and random process.

  • The selection process may be recorded to demonstrate transparency.

  • All announced cash prizes will genuinely be awarded to the verified winners.

  • Zyntex's Lucky Draw is conducted in good faith, subject to verification and applicable laws.

🚫 Fraud & Disqualification

Zyntex reserves the right to disqualify entries involving:

  • Fake or incorrect information

  • Fraudulent orders

  • Fake, duplicate, or manipulated order activity

  • Attempts to manipulate the Lucky Draw

  • Attempts to abuse or interfere with the campaign

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Zyntex may cancel any entry found to be fraudulent or invalid.

🔐 Privacy

Participant information will be used only for:

  • Administering the Lucky Draw

  • Verifying eligibility

  • Contacting winners

  • Prize transfer and related verification

Zyntex will not publicly disclose a participant's private information without appropriate consent, except where required by law.

⚠️ General Conditions

  1. This Lucky Draw is valid only for eligible orders placed during the campaign period and successfully delivered.

  2. There is no minimum order value for an eligible entry.

  3. One successfully delivered eligible order = one unique Lucky Draw Entry Code.

  4. Zyntex may verify the delivery status and eligibility of any order.

  5. Zyntex may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign where reasonably necessary because of technical problems, fraud, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its control.

  6. Any important changes to the campaign will be communicated through official Zyntex channels.

  7. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  8. This promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

  9. Zyntex's decision regarding eligibility and campaign administration will be final, subject to applicable law.

  10. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or reduce consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
